In addition, a new Texas plant will allow Google (GOOG) to "deliver the personalized device to buyers within days of placing the order." Motorola has already unveiled ads declaring the X, previously rumored to have ho-hum display/CPU specs but advanced sensors and battery-saving tech, to be "the first smartphone that you can design yourself."
