FB: Instagram (FB) officially adds video support...

1:33 PM Instagram (FB) officially adds video support for its iOS/Android apps: 13 filters will be supported, users will be able to select a "cover frame" and edit old clips, and video length will be capped at 15 seconds (Twitter's Vine is limited to 6 seconds). Instagram is also launching Cinema, a feature that automatically stabilizes previously-recorded videos, and disclosing it now hosts 16B photos and has 130M registered users (up from 100M three months ago).
