1:03 PM Facebook (FB -1.1%) is upgrading its NYC presence in a big way: the social networking giant has signed a 10-year lease for nearly 100K square feet of office space at a Greenwich Village building; Frank Geary has been hired to design the interior. Facebook currently occupies a humble 55K square-foot space in Midtown Manhattan. Google already has a giant NYC presence, and Amazon is reportedly thinking of grabbing 300K-500K square feet within the Big Apple. Read comments
