• With users still only rating Home 2.4/5 on Google Play, Facebook (FB) has decided to bring one of its marquee features, the lock screen news feed (i.e. the Cover Feed) to the regular Facebook Android app.
• Facebook is taking another page from Twitter in its efforts to get readers to consume/share more "public" content. Two months after adding hashtag support, Facebook is allowing public posts/photos to be embedded on 3rd-party sites.
• NYU valuation prof. Aswath Damodaran, who bought Facebook shares the day they hit their all-time low (Sep. 4, 2012), has decided to sell, given Facebook now trades well above the $27.65/share valuation assigned by his latest discounted cash flow model (.xls). "The old 'buy and hold' advice ... makes little sense with growth companies, where markets often over shoot and under shoot."
