1:47 PM Renren (RENN +3.6%) and Youku (YOKU -0.3%) are forming a content partnership, according to a Chinese media report (translation). The deal will reportedly lead to the integration of Youku videos on Renren's social networking platform, and provide additional Renren sharing options for the videos.
